HONORABLE MENTION AWARDED

ANNOUNCEMENT: Sidney A Brown was named as a Finalist in the Georgia Writers Museum 2015 Creative Writing Contest. He received Honorable Mention at a reception held at the museum in Eatonton, Georgia on October 9, 2015. His entry was a short story titled "Mail Order Dreams". The qualifications of the judging panel included professional journalists, creative writing instructors, one Pulitzer Prize Finalist, and one judge with experience in teaching and writing poetry, short stories, novels, screenplays, episodic television, and television specials. We enjoyed our visit to the Georgia Writers Museum and the town of Eatonton, Georgia and look forward to next year's contest.
